必要なシステム

CYANA 2.1は以下のオペレーティングシステムの最近のバージョンでテストされており、バイナリが利用可能です。

  • Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
  • MacOS (Intel and Apple Silicon processors)
  • Windows (using Windows Subsystem for Linux, WSL, with Ubuntu Linux)

コンパイルするためにIntel Fortran compilerまたはgfortran必須

Distributed-memoryシステム上でパラレル計算を行うためにOpenMPI
